Chef stories in co-operation with Detrop, one of the most important food and gastronomy exhibitions in Greece, is organizing Detrop Boutique 2018.  Detrop Boutique 2018: The Pairing Experience,  is a series of side events which aim to connect the location, the time, the place with taste habits, ingredients, people and the philosophy of the products and the services, in the domain of gastronomy.

Well organized promotional events,  in specially designed room, will highlight the superior and awarded quality and the unique characteristics of the products which take part in the exhibition. 

Food Bars
An exclusive event, in a specially designed dining room of 150 sq.m. where products of all exhibitors of the Detrop Boutique 2018 are presented in a carefully composed menu in 10 different food bars.  Pavillon 9

Cheese & Wine
All Detrop Boutique 2018 exhibitors from the domains of wine, cheese products and accompanying products will present  their goods in Cheese & Wine bar with the appropriate pairing, from specialists in 20 different sessions.  Pavillon 8

Seminars – Pairing Stories & Tastes
In a group of seminars,  presented by highly regarded professionals,  in Pavillon 9, focus will be given in composition,  in gastronomy.  Pairing in all aspects of time, place, tradition with innovation, special nutrition products.

Corner Showroom
In the specially organized area of  “Corner Showroom”,  there will be a list of the exhibitors.  The products will be presented per category –  section and every product will bear a sign of the point it is situated,  in the exhibitors Pavillon-Stand.  The visitor may find all producers in one point and choose the Stands he/she wants to visit.
