Chefstories deli jars : jams and chutneys
Go well with everything….
A few years ago in our attempt to offer new delicacies in our catering dishes we created chutneys to accompany our platos and appetizers.
The first two products were the Onion chutney and Red Pepper with ginger, which even today represent the flagship of the range.
During the resent years we developed two more Sweet and sour jams with the addition of Apple with cayenne pepper and lastly, the Tomato chutney with thyme.
Then, we decided to extend the range and we made sweet jams, always slightly “tweaked”, Carrot with orange zest, Apple with lemon and honey, Pear with vanilla fruits and Peach with plum and cinnamon, jams mostly for use in breakfast, pastry and as a Greek dessert (with yogurt or a strong cheese like graviera). A unique product that can be used both as a worthy food companion and in breakfast is extra jam Olive with apple and honey. Last but not lieast Classic and beloved Dtrawberry (with lime in Chefstories’ version) was added with great success.
Chefstories jams and chutneys are a series of handmade sweet and sour jams of vegetables and fruits enriched with additional ingredients, spices and herbs gaining “another” special character.
Our philosophy is: Greek raw material with a strong clean taste, together with herbs and spices used to give an interesting aftertaste that enriches every dish.
It is a new challenge that gives us enthusiasm for new ideas and creations!
