Just like that, chefstories emerged.
Eleni Koumedaki, biologist, with a theoretical background and practical experience in laboratories, test tubes and microscopes, finally decides to get professionally involved with her big love, cooking.
Sylvia Koumedaki on the other hand, an advertising and media executive, decides to use her knowledge and experience, to organize and promote her sisters’ cooking art.
Chefstories was founding as a boutique catering company. Thanks to specific catering needs two Greek chutneys emerged (the Onion & Red Pepper with Ginger chutney), which were very appealing. The idea of creating sweet and sweet & sour hand made jams followed soon after.
The chefstories jams and chutneys are made from vegetables and fruits originated from local producers, from the Greek land, in the traditional way, with no preservatives or flavorings. The extra ingredients, spices and herbs added, give them a “unique” character.
