The 2nd organization of the successful project EXPOTROF MASTERCLASSES, inspired and organized for the second time by Chef Stories, took place from January 24-26, 2020 at the exhibition center Helexpo Marousi. Thousands of visitors came this year again to the 7th EXPOTROF – The Greek Fine Food Exhibition, where they had the chance to know and taste the most unique products of producers from all over Greece![ngg src=”galleries” ids=”71″ display=”basic_thumbnail” thumbnail_crop=”0″]The Masterclasses aim to present the excellent Greek products, though an harmonic approach, to professionals and consumers.
The tasting relation between wine with cheese / beer with cold cuts / spirits with spreads / herbs with honey and accompanying delicacies, as well as the training of the participants though special tasting sessions, will reveal all the stories behind each product and will introduce the producers – exhibitors to the public in an innovative way.[ngg src=”galleries” ids=”72″ display=”basic_thumbnail” thumbnail_crop=”0″]Trying to explore and specialize into products there was presented for the first time in this exhibition the innovative Honey Bar. Specialized professionals presented to the public honey from producers from different places from Greece. The participants had the chance to get to know different kinds of honey, varieties, the producers and the peculiarities of each product.
