The exhibition that attracts the largest number of small food and drink producers in Greece, took place in Hellinicon Fencing Hall with great success. Fully renovated, EXPOTROF attracted more than 300 producers, 2.000 products and 60.000+ visitors in only 4 days!
Chef Stories was the inspirer and organizer of EXPOTROF Masterclasses, a series of tasting and pairing sessions presented in this exhibition. Our goal was to make the best and promote the exceptional greek products to gastronomy professionals and guests.
The producers-exhibitors had the chance to have their products presented in an innovative way to the public.
The visitors on the other hand, had the chance to enjoy the tasteful pairing of the suggested products and get trained by specialists in the special tasting sessions.
The Masterclasses were divided in 4 entities:
- Cheese & Wine
- Cold cuts & Beer
- Cured products, appetizers, olives & spirits
- Honey & Herbs
In the 10 two-hour Masterclasses that were organized, in order to include all the producers and visitors that wished to take part, the traditional greek products were used in the best way to point up their sophisticated pairing.
