The biggest food and drinks exhibition of Thessaloniki, the 29th International Detrop Boutique 2020 was organized for once more from February 22-24 2020 at the site of TIF Helexpo. In the gastronomy side events under the general title “Delicious Moments”, organized by Chef Stories for the fourth time in cooperation with the TIF Helexpo Management Team, there were presented all the international trends in gastronomy, as well as the unique greek products from the producers-exhibitors of Detrop Boutique 2020, who represent those trends successfully.
In the area of Pavillon 9, there was created a modern grocery, the “Delicious Grocery”. The shelves of the “grocery” were filled with products from the exhibitors and scheduled meals took place, where the visitors could taste all the delicacies created by the chefs and were informed for the special characteristics of each product, such as pasta, pulses, cereals, olives, olive oil, traditional cold cuts, cheeses, vegan products, pickles, spreads with superfoods, dried fruits, honey, creams and products from cannabis.

In Pavillon 8, in 5 scheduled masterclasses there were presented exceptional beers, paired with selected cold cuts and other accompanying products from the exhibitors.
