16 events – 700 visitors – 80 producers
Chef Stories in co-operation with the management of TIF Helexpo organized successfully for once more, the side events of the 30th Detrop Boutique, under the title Greek Bites and Cheese & Wine.
In a specially designed area of Pavillon 13 visitors had the chance to get to know unique products from producers, from all over Greece and take part in a special journey of tastes and pairings, but also listen to the stories of people behind the products. The specially designed menus were served with brews from Greek herbs, but also with beer and tsipouro from special varieties.
The Greek olive oil, honey, seasonings, herbs, cold cuts, cheeses, but also beers, spirits and wines composed a unique experience of flavors and aromas for the visitors from Greece and abroad.
