Honoured to be one of the partners for the promotion of Greek European rice, under the programme EUrice. We had the chance to visit the area of Chalastra, in the Central Macedonia Region, in October 2020. We learned about the cultuvation of rice, its contribution to the environment, got acquainted with the producers & the procedures, and cooked our national Greek rice dishes in nature, with the Greek Rice Ambassador, our beloved, international chef, Dina Nikolaou.
