Our company had the pleasure of organizing two specially tailored fam
trips for visitors to the Porto Carras New Era estate. The guests, renowned
journalists and wine educators, owners of wine shops from America, Canada and
Great Britain, had the opportunity to get to know our country and enjoy the
unique Greek hospitality, in the exciting program we prepared, tailored
especially for them. The program included:
– Meal at the Makedonia Palace Hotel with a specially adapted menu that
was paired with wines from the Porto Carras estate
– A visit to Porto Carras Estate & Wine Tasting
– A visit to the rice fields of Halastra & the huts of the mussel
farmers in Kalochori & lunch at a local estate with local products.
– A visit to the Archaeological Museum of Dion & swim in Agios Panteleimon beach.
– Food Tour in Thessaloniki with tastings of local products and a specially adapted meal.
During the two fam trips we organized special lunches and dinners at
local restaurants both in the visited regions and in
Thessaloniki, offering a true taste and knolwdge of the Greek gastronomy. All meals
were paired with Porto Carras Estate wines.
